AZURA® Bio Purification System – FPLC System

This system is designed for Ion Exchange Chromatography. It is a gradient system for more complex purifications of biomolecules. This configuration is designed to optimize ion exchange on a laboratory scale. This special configuration includes a biocompatible buffer pump with two pumps that perform a gradient between two buffers. The conductivity monitor permits you to monitor your gradient throughout the run. Samples are injected into the injection valve and the integrated single wavelength UV detector identifies your proteins. The fraction collector can collect your proteins based on time, slope, volume or time windows. ClarityChrom® FPLC software is included and offers tremendous flexibility in method development. You have total control over your run. Pre-designed methods are included.
