Bio Lab Purification 10 Systems are used for more complex purifications of biomolecules on a laboratory scale. Bio Lab Purification 10 is designed for all FPLC applications. For example: ion exchange, affinity chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography and size exclusion. All component modules are interchangeable to best suit your purification. This system allows you to perform a gradient between four buffers and use the conductivity monitor to monitor your gradient through the entire run. A fraction collector and integrated single wavelength UV detector are included as well as PurityChrom® FPLC software. The software is user friendly and highly flexible allowing complete control throughout the run. Pre-designed methods are included.
